Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 June 2026

Welcome to Callbreaker (callbreaker.com and the Callbreaker mobile apps, together the “Service”). The Service is a free, ad-supported entertainment app that simulates fake incoming calls and notifications. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What Callbreaker is — and isn't

Callbreaker is a novelty and entertainment tool. The calls, notifications and ringtones it produces are simulated — they are not real calls and involve no telephone network. The Service is provided for fun and convenience (for example, to give yourself a polite reason to step away).

Don't rely on it for anything important. Callbreaker is not an emergency or safety tool. Timers and scheduled calls depend on your device and browser and may not trigger. Never use it as your only reminder for something that matters.

2. Acceptable use

You are responsible for how you use the Service. You agree not to use it to:

You use the Service at your own risk and are solely responsible for the consequences of your use.

3. Who can use it

The Service is intended for users aged 13 or older (or the minimum age required in your country). If you are a minor, please use it only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

4. No account, no purchases

Callbreaker does not require an account, and we do not sell anything through it. It is free and supported by advertising. We may show ads from third parties (currently Google AdSense on the website).

5. Your recordings & privacy

If you use the voice recorder, your recordings stay on your device only and are never uploaded to our servers. How we handle data (ads, analytics, cookies) is explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Callbreaker app, design and original content belong to us. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, resell, or redistribute the app itself.

Some ringtones, icons and brand names shown in the Service refer to third-party products and are the property of their respective owners. They are used only to identify the style being simulated; their presence does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those companies.

7. Service “as is”

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will always work, be error-free, or be available. We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of it at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including any consequence of a timer or scheduled call not firing. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. By continuing to use the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
